• Cancelation Policy: At least 14 days prior to the arrival date - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total amount shall be granted. Please, note that any payment fee related with the refund, will be deducted from the deposit.​

• Check-in: Check-in at Casa Nook begins at 3:00pm. At Casa Nook, check-in is self-check-in. Prior to your arrival, we will send you instructions on how to access your room and check-in forms. Please make sure to follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth check-in process. If you have any questions or encounter any issues during check-in, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to help make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

• Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00am. To check out, simply leave your room keys on the inside of the keyhole and close the door behind you. No need to stop by the front desk or fill out any forms. We hope you had a wonderful stay with us and look forward to welcoming you back in the future. If you have any feedback or suggestions for how we can improve your next stay, please don't hesitate to let us know. We value your input and strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
   

• Prices: Prices at Casa Nook are dynamic and may vary on a daily basis. Taxes are included in the price of your stay.

• Accessibility or special needs: We offer one double room with accessibility features for guests with special needs. Please let us know if you have any specific accessibility requirements when making your reservation.

• Use of personal information: We may use your personal information to contact you with updates and special offers related to your stay at Casa Nook. Your information will not be shared with third parties.

• Liability: Casa Nook is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property. Guests are advised to secure their own personal insurance coverage.

 

House Rules

• Shared kitchen: Our shared kitchen is available for use by all guests. We ask that you be mindful of other guests and clean up after yourself. Please refrain from using the kitchen after 9:00pm.

• Noise: In consideration of other guests, we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00pm. 

•  Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Casa Nook. 

•  Parking: Parking is included with your stay inside Casa Nook. 

•  Breakfast: Breakfast is included with your stay at Casa Nook and is served between 8:30am-10:30am. 

•  Local vendor partners: All activities provided by Casa Nook are made by local vendor partners. 

•  Coworking space: Our coworking space is only open for guests of Casa Nook. 

•  Laundry: Laundry facilities are not included with your stay.
